Training Peaks

Training Peaks is where all my workout data comes together to analyze and make decisions about my training plan. My Garmin files get upload to Training Peaks. Workouts that get recorded on my Apple Watch also get manually entered into Training Peaks. MyFitnessPal nutrition and also my daily metrics like hours of sleep, stress, and bodyweight are logged into Training Peaks. It’s home base, and everyone who is serious about exercise should have a program like this where you can see everything you are doing in one place. You can get a free account or a premium account. There is also a coaching account option that allow you to view and manage the athletes you coach.

For having access to all my files on the go nothing beats Dropbox. I like the Dropbox iPad integration with Microsoft Office because I can simply access the file in Dropbox, it opens in the the corresponding program (Word, Excel, or PowerPoint), make my edits, then close and the file syncs back into Dropbox. Dropbox also makes it easy to share files with other students and professionals in my industry.
